Before you begin your online application, you will need the following:
Household Documentation
Proof of Residency (recent electricity, gas, or water bill; lease agreement; Property
Purchase Settlement Statement; recent property tax statement).
Student Information
Birth Certificate
Immunization Record
Transcript (high school students only)

You will upload the documents listed above when completing the online application. We recommend that you save these documents in a PDF format on your device prior to beginning the online enrollment process. Pictures of the documents are accepted.
If the uploaded format is unclear or poor quality, the original documents will be required by the school for the student’s permanent file.
